FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE READY?
We strive to have all photos online and ready for parents to order within one week from the final photo day.
2. HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED ON HOW AND WHEN TO ORDER?
We create a personal code for each parent/guardian and place them in an envelope for delivery from the school to the child to take home. The card provides directions on how to order from our website.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PHOTOS TO ARRIVE AFTER ORDERING?
There are two answers to this question.
a. Each school has a 10-day deadline for ordering. Once the deadline is passed, we send the photos in a box to the school for delivery, which can take about 7-10 business days from that deadline day.
b. There is an option to order and pay for delivery during the deadline. That is an "ADD-ON" for a package order. Once placed, the delivery to the address placed will take 7-10 business days.
4. I DON'T LIKE THE PHOTOS PROVIDED. NOW WHAT?
We do all we can to ensure that each child provides a smile during their photo session. Of course, there are those who don't want to smile after all of the puppet shows, Goofy and Mickey voices, etc. We still take photos of crying or basic looks -- most parents order these as they want the memories from their child. We do all we can to get back to each school in the Fall and Spring...we will be back. Parents are welcome to come and help with the smile.
